FEP film and LCD wear are charged as running consumables, since resin printers degrade these per-hour rather than per-job. LCD lifespan is set conservatively below the panel’s 2000hr rating (at 1000hr) to build in a safety margin against early failure. Ventilation and PPE for handling uncured resin are not costed here — factor separately if relevant.
